Hi, I’m Kasia! I became a personal trainer because I truly believe that everyone deserves to feel strong and confident in their own skin — no matter their age or ability.
While many trainers focus on 'fitness for the few,' my passion lies in inclusive fitness. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wonderful range of people, including those:
· Navigating the natural changes that come with aging.
· Recovering and rebuilding after a stroke or GBS.
· Living with physical or intellectual disabilities, including Down Syndrome.
Before I embarked on my journey as a personal trainer, I had the opportunity to work in diverse healthcare settings across New Zealand, Scotland, and England. With a master's degree in physiotherapy and a specialisation in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, I gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of the human body. Though I’ve transitioned away from practising physiotherapy, my passion for health and fitness remains as strong as ever. I don’t believe in a 'one size fits all' workout.
My background has taught me that the most effective plan is the one that meets you exactly where you are today. Whether we’re working on balance, building up your energy, or using verbal cues and tactile feedback to master a new move, I’m with you every step of the way.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll likely find me learning to wing foil, running on trails, traveling or baking in my kitchen—because health is about more than just the time we spend training; it’s about enjoying life to the fullest!
