I believe that getting fit shouldn’t be complicated! You don’t need a gym membership or fancy equipment to get moving. It’s about weaving exercise into your daily life and making it a part of your lifestyle.
I aim to help you move well, feel strong, and build confidence in your body. We’ll focus on functional movements first and foremost. If you're already active and enjoy various activities, we’ll fine-tune your skills to help you become an even better athlete and stay injury-free. If you’re just beginning your fitness journey, that’s absolutely okay! You've already taken the most important step—starting. Together, we’ll ignite your passion for exercise through a fun and engaging approach. I promise to work hard to make exercising enjoyable and tailored just for you, with your goals and needs in mind!
Hi, I'm Kasia. I am a personal trainer dedicated to helping you stay active and enjoy life the way you like for as long as you can. I work with clients over 50. If you want to feel strong, confident, powerful and free in your body, it's never too late to start.
Before I embarked on my journey as a personal trainer, I had the privilege of working in diverse healthcare settings across New Zealand, Scotland, and England. With a master's degree and a specialisation in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, I gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of the human body. Though I’ve transitioned away from practising physiotherapy, my passion for health and fitness remains as strong as ever.
What truly drives me is the opportunity to empower others on their path to wellness. There's nothing quite like witnessing someone transform their life, and that passion fuels my excitement to rise each morning, ready to make a difference in someone’s journey toward a healthier, more vibrant life!
On a more personal note, I'm from Poland, and I absolutely love new challenges! Recently, I’ve started wing foiling, and it’s been such an exciting adventure. I also enjoy running and taking part in long-distance trail events. Spending time in the kitchen is another passion of mine—I love cooking, baking, fermenting, and experimenting. I should really call it a science lab! Beyond that, I cherish the simple pleasures in life, such as going for a walk, watching my garden grow, and curling up with a good book, a cup of tea, or a glass of wine.
