Once you’re ready to jump on board, I’ll ask you to fill out a quick questionnaire. This helps me learn more about your needs and ensures that we keep everything safe and enjoyable.
Your Personalised Program.
Choose between 1-on-1 sessions (just you) or 2-on-1 sessions (bring a partner or friend!). I love to come to your space because it shows you that exercising can happen anywhere, anytime. You’ll pick your ideal frequency, and I’ll share exercises for you to work on in between our sessions.
This is Your Journey!
My goal is to help you become confident enough to exercise on your own! If you love our sessions and want to continue, that’s great! There’s no set end date unless you decide. I want you to feel empowered, independent, and self-sufficient in your fitness journey.
